About the Role..

Reporting to our Director of Sales & Marketing youll be at the forefront of our commercial success. This isnt your typical desk job its a predominantly field-based role where youll be out meeting clients generating new business and building strategic partnerships across the Meetings & Events (M&E) corporate and leisure segments.

Youll also be a key player in executing a 360-degree sales marketing and PR approach that pushes boundaries and delivers addition to:

• Driving new business growth with a laser focus on exceeding KPIs
• Actively prospecting and securing corporate and MICE business
• Cultivating lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Developing and penetrating strategic accounts to boost revenue
• Collaborating closely with the wider commercial team to ensure maximum ROI
• Supporting innovative campaigns and initiatives that elevate our market presence
