Department of Modern Languages Part-Time Position in Arabic
The Department of Modern Languages at St. Francis Xavier University invites applications for a part-time position in Arabic to teach one 3-credit course in the fall term of the upcoming academic year beginning September 1 2026. **this position is subject to final budgetary approval
Applicants should have native or near-native fluency in Arabic a PhD in a relevant field or be near completion and a demonstrated record of teaching Arabic as a second language.
The successful candidates will be expected to undertake a teaching load of 1 course and will be primarily responsible for teaching an undergraduate Arabic language course.
