Customer Service Advisor Join Our Team!

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor / Mechanic to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you love helping people have a passion for cars and enjoy a fast-paced environment this is the role for you!

What We Offer:

What Youll Do:

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments explain services and sell parts and automotive services.

• Provide customer with an accurate quote that includes cost and time of completion for the services approved by the customer. Provide customer with updates throughout the day on the status of their services.

• Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes tire rotations battery installation fluid top-offs and inspections.

• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid drivers license.
• 1 year of automotive service experience; 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
• Ability to work days nights weekends and holidays.
• Preferred ASE Certification
• Obtain one ASE Certification within 6 months of employment. Test fee will be refunded by employer.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequent standing walking bending stooping kneeling and reaching.
• Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
