Want a hands-on job where you stay active and get behind the wheel Toft Dairy is hiring a Warehouse Loader / Yard Driver (Jockey) to help load product and position trucks for delivery-no CDL required.

Schedule: Approximately 1:00 PM 9:00 PM (until work is complete)
Location: 3717 Venice Rd Sandusky OH
Position Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do

• Pick and prepare customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Verify all product counts on order sheet before loading
• Load delivery trucks efficiently and accurately
• Move and back trucks/trailers into loading docks (yard driving only no road driving required)
• Pick-order products from refrigerated warehouse and storage area to delivery trucks
• Rotate product using FIFO (First In First Out)
• Operate pallet jacks hand trucks and forklifts
• Maintain a clean safe and organized dock/warehouse
• Follow all safety and food safety standards

What the Job Is Like

This is a fast-paced physical role in a refrigerated environment. Youll be on your feet staying active and working with a team to keep operations running smoothly.

• Cold/wet storage environment (must bring your own cold-weather gear)
• Lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 75 lbs. with assistance)
• Frequent walking standing bending and lifting
• Use of manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks

What Were Looking For

• Reliable and punctual - strong attendance is a must
• Solid work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a physically demanding role

Preferred (but not required):

• Warehouse or order picking experience
• Experience backing up box trucks straight trucks or semi-trailers
• Forklift experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
