Sensigreen Heating Cooling & Insulation LaGrange Division
Sensigreen is expanding our Commercial Projects Team and seeking a dependable skilled Commercial Project Installer. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship works well with a team and wants to grow within a fastpaced commercial HVAC environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: LaGrange GA (Projects throughout the Southeast)
About the Role
The Commercial Project Installer supports the installation of commercial HVAC systems working under the direction of a Lead Installer or Project Manager. This position plays a key role in delivering clean codecompliant professional installations that meet Sensigreens standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC ductwork equipment refrigerant piping insulation and accessories
- Assist with layout and installation based on mechanical drawings and specifications
- Work closely with Lead Installers and Project Managers to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain jobsite safety cleanliness and organization
- Operate lifts power tools and installation equipment safely and correctly
- Support equipment startups testing and documentation as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and other trades on site
- Represent Sensigreen professionally on all job sites
Qualifications
- 13 years commercial or residential HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
- Basic understanding of duct systems refrigerant piping and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced commercial installation skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders lifts and rooftops
- EPA Certification a plus but not required

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
