SERVPRO
Manage the customer experience and ensure overall project satisfaction
Compile and resolve punch list items
Perform final walk-throughs with customers
Secure signed Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Satisfaction from customers
Manage all warranty activities
Evaluate and sell projects
Educate customers on the construction process
Identify and document project scope of work
Create and review estimates
Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
Review budgets and project timelines
Ensure proper permits are acquired
Create project schedules and timelines
Identify qualify and manage subcontractors and resource providers
Negotiate terms and set expectations
Plan organize and manage crews and subcontractors
Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
Ensure all work complies with plans specifications local codes and scope of work requirements
Other duties as assigned
Maintain clear professional written and verbal communication with customers teammates and stakeholders
Support a positive customer experience by providing timely updates and accurate information
Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication skills
Intermediate math skills
Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
High school diploma or GED required
Project management experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
