to geriatrics with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs. Our nurses support clients in the home building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized high-quality care.

We currently have clients with open hours in Fort Wayne Huntington Ossian and surrounding areas.

Additional opportunities are available throughout Central and Northwestern Indiana including Indianapolis Valparaiso and nearby communities.

What You Need

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
