Job Summary
Tustin Ranch Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Banquet Captain. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 BOE
- Event Execution & Leadership
- Lead and supervise banquet service staff during events including servers bartenders and support staff
- Conduct pre-event briefings to review event details service flow menu items and assignments
- Ensure all banquet setups are completed according to BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and brand standards
- Maintain event timelines and coordinate service pacing with the culinary team
- Staff Oversight & Training
- Assign service stations and responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed
- Assist with training new banquet service staff
- Enforce safety sanitation and alcohol service policies
