Bringing additional family members is not common and needs to be approved by the unit will need to be cleaned upon departure or it will be subject to additional cleaning fees billed to facility will arrange for a vehicle for the traveler to use while on assignment. (Epic) Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler. Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility. Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start.
