What Youll Do
Customer Support & Engagement
Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone with empathy and professionalism
Provide clear and helpful information about products services and general questions
Create a warm friendly and supportive experience in every interaction
Issue Resolution & Case Handling
Address customer concerns complaints and requests efficiently
Take ownership of cases from initial contact to resolution
Escalate more complex issues when necessary while maintaining high service standards
Experience Improvement
Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest practical improvements
Share feedback to enhance customer care processes and overall experience
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems
Order & Service Support
Assist customers with orders returns exchanges and updates
Ensure requests are processed accurately and promptly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members and other departments to improve service delivery
Contribute to discussions focused on customer satisfaction and retention
Support a positive and collaborative remote work environment
About You
Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role (1 year preferred)
Strong communication skills with a caring and approachable attitude
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping customers effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Familiar with CRM systems helpdesk tools and digital platforms
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
