Working remotely you will assist customers throughout their journeyproviding guidance resolving concerns and building lasting relationships through thoughtful service.
What Youll Do
Customer Support & Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone with empathy and professionalism
- Provide clear and helpful information about products services and general questions
- Create a warm friendly and supportive experience in every interaction
Issue Resolution & Case Handling
- Address customer concerns complaints and requests efficiently
- Take ownership of cases from initial contact to resolution
- Escalate more complex issues when necessary while maintaining high service standards
Experience Improvement
- Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest practical improvements
- Share feedback to enhance customer care processes and overall experience
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems
Order & Service Support
- Assist customers with orders returns exchanges and updates
- Ensure requests are processed accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and other departments to improve service delivery
- Contribute to discussions focused on customer satisfaction and retention
- Support a positive and collaborative remote work environment
About You
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role (1 year preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a caring and approachable attitude
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping customers effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with CRM systems helpdesk tools and digital platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
