A candidate in this role will help patients who are currently receiving ongoing Oncology treatment at the facility and have an administrative-based workload of managing the care plan of Oncology and True Travel ok!! If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment Client agrees to pay Agency monthly for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee on a travel contract or as registry/per-diem If yes please include location and dates worked. Modules: Modules are non-billable average 16 hours spent.
