What Were Looking For

Were looking for a candidate with demonstrated website experience to help deliver outcomes in theStrategic Communications and Engagement branch.This may include

Support the Website Team and Customer Experience Branch to understand the needs of business units across the organisation and implement solutions to CX issues.

Use reporting tools to support data-driven decision making on the performance of website and web content.

Support the implementation of customer experience (CX) improvements across Councils website by applying user experience (UX) strategies frameworks and tools to enhance usability accessibility and overall performance.

Identify and support continuous improvement that enhances digital customer experiences.
