Who are you

Are you a result driven proactive and dynamic Analyst Investment professional Then were looking for you! In this role youll be part of our Pan-European investment team.

Under the leadership of experienced colleagues youll assist with the acquisition of logistics properties across our target markets in Europe. You will be responsible for financial model underwriting and preparing various types of market and portfolio analysis. Youll partner closely with our Asset Management department and wider corporate functions across our global offices to help smoothly transition acquired properties into our portfolio and track performance.

Granite REIT () is a Canadian-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange engaged in the acquisition development and management of logistics properties across North America and Europe. Granite owns a portfolio of approximately 147 properties (62.6 million square feet) and is headquartered in Toronto with offices in Amsterdam Vienna and Dallas. We have been active in Europe since the early 2000s; and in the last five (5) years we have been actively expanding our business across the Netherlands Germany United Kingdom and France.

The role will be based in our Amsterdam office (2Amsterdam) allowing you to start your career in a dynamic business environment. We often host social events outside of work to wind down from our daily routine.

From our roots we have an international mindset and growth plans that match our ambition. With over 600 million worth of acquisitions in Europe in the last five (5) years and approximately 750 million in available liquidity to be invested we strive to deliver the best results for our unitholders.

What youll bring

• Your Masters degree in Finance Business or Real Estate
• Up to two (2) years experience in a relevant professional area
• Strong knowledge of Argus Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint & Word
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem solving
• Driven and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English is required; other European language(s) are an asset
