Assistant Principal (Inclusion) / SENCO Mitcham

Our client an outstanding and highly regarded secondary academy in Mitcham is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal (Inclusion) to lead their SEND provision as SENCO.

About the SENCO role:

  • As Assistant Principal and SENCO you will take strategic leadership of SEND and inclusion across the school.
  • You will build on the strong foundations already in place working closely with staff families and external agencies to ensure excellent provision and outcomes for all learners.
  • The successful candidate will be an organised driven and passionate SENCO or inclusion leader.
  • You must hold the NASENCO qualification or be working towards it with completion required by September 2026.
  • Previous experience in a SENCO or similar whole-school inclusion role is highly desirable.
