Job Description:

RH Logistics Polar Speed A UPS Company: We offer a specialised logistics solutions service such as dedicated transport services White Glove services high tech warehousing technical services spare parts management and demo systems management.

Our driving team deliver and collect high value medical equipment around the UK to and from NHS and Private Hospitals also medical conferences.

Job Location: Polar Speed UPS Unit 4 Eastman Way Stevenage Hertfordshire SG1 4SZ * Please note we are looking for drivers who live in Stevenage or the surrounding areas only please*

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week - various shift patterns flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business which may be of an urgent medical nature.

Hourly Rate: 12.75 per hour Monday to Friday weekend and bank holiday working 19.12 per hour

Training: Full training will be provided

Requirements:

* Minimum category B Divers licence ideally no more than 3 points

* Minimum 2 years driving experience including the Motorway

* Comprehensive driving background with technical experience in fragile transport with knowledge of lock and load rachet system.

* Good communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative

* Excellent organisational skills

* Must appreciate the need for confidentiality

* Team player mentality with the ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues Team Leaders and other departments across the UK network

Please note for successful candidates Polar Speed UPS will run 5 year referencing checks plus an enhanced DBS check
