Zur Verstärkung unseres ServiceTeams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n und lösungsorientierte/n ServicetechnikerIn (m/w/d) welche/r unsere abwechslungsreichen Kunden kompetent und zuverlässig betreut. Das Einsatzgebiet befindet sich hauptsächlich in Wien und Umgebung mit gelegentlichen Reisen nach Graz und Salzburg.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Wartung Reparatur und Instandhaltung von Laborgeräten und Laborsystemen bei Kunden vor Ort inklusive Fehleranalyse
- Durchführung von Kalibrierungen Qualifizierungen (z.B. IQ/OQ) sowie sicherheitstechnischen Prüfungen
- Technische Beratung unserer Kunden zu Service Wartungs und Instandhaltungslösungen
- Sicherstellung eines normgerechten sicheren und zuverlässigen Betriebs aller installierten Systeme
- Technische Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung idealerweise in der Kältetechnik (bevorzugt) oder Elektrotechnik
- Erste Berufserfahrung als TechnikerIn im Außendienst von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kälteanlagen elektrotechnischen Systemen sowie labor oder medizintechniknahen Geräten wünschenswert
- Selbstständige strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Service und Kundenorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ITTools
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Englischkenntnisse auf technischem Niveau von Vorteil
- Wohnort Wien oder Umgebung von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft

Das Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt ab 50.400. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
