Job Summary
CNC MachinistJob Type: Temp to HirePay: $50-$60/hour DOEHours: Monday Friday 7a 6pm some weekends includedJob Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist; this roleis responsible formachining precision components used in our in-house manufacturing of power end pump parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC nail machines CNC lathes and manual lathes with a strong focus on quality and and set up CNC nail machines CNC lathes and manual lathesInterpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to produce precision partsManufacture and machine power end pump components to exact tolerancesMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality outputPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipmentInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers gauges)Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standardsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlinesQualifications 35 years of CNC machining experiencerequiredProficiencyoperating CNC nail machines CNC lathes and manual lathesStrong understanding of machining processes tooling and materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with tight tolerances and precisionmachiningStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRequirementsMust pass a7-year background checkMust pass a10-panel drug screenMust complete anon-DOT physical exam
