Were hiring a North America (AMNA) Regional Planner to lead demand forecasting and serviceparts planning for the AMNA this role you will transform installbase signals fieldservice activity and customer/contract requirements into a datadriven demand plan that supports high service performance and operational efficiency. This role blends analytical depth systems expertise and crossfunctional collaboration to improve service levels inventory health and contractual KPI performance.

What Youll Do

Translate operational and customer intelligenceinstallbase changes warranty and servicecontract requirements fieldservice cadenceinto quantified demand signals.
Drive serviceparts planning to meet internal and contractual KPIs recommending inventory policies and modeling availability vs. cost.
Perform rootcause analyses on forecast performance and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate Regional Planning with Global Planning Field Service Logistics Order Fulfillment and Customer Care.
Lead new fab/serviceagreement planning ramp management and special projects.
Contribute to process tool dashboard and datavisualization improvements.

Experience & Qualifications

6 years in inventory materials supply or demand planning with KPI ownership.
Demonstrated experience with executive communications and presentations.
Strong serviceparts planning background; semiconductor experience required.
Proficiency with ERP/SCM systems (SAP SPP) advanced Excel Tableau or Power BI required. Demonstrated SQL proficiency a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse management experience a plus.
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous fastchanging environments.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business/Operations or STEM field preferred.
Demonstrated experience improving planning processes dashboards or tools.
Projectmanagement experience and/or ASCM/APICS/IBF certifications a plus.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
