Per Day or Per Year Guarantee - $750
Sign-On Bonus - $10000
Relocation Stipend - $15000
Implant Training Available

Responsibilities:

Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
Assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
Assess treatment planning options and discuss with patients.
Assist in the recruitment training and management of staff.
Carry out agreed clinical treatments.
Complete comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Educate patients on oral health.
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments.
Maintain patients medical records.

Minimum Requirements

Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
MCD positions require prior experience and proficiency in clinical work and team management.
These positions are all owned by an exceptional practice owner who oversees multiple DSOs offices.
The practice owner is known for being a skilled clinician and effective leader.
