Production Associate
Schedule: MondayFriday 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Job Summary
The Production Associate supports the production of copper clad and unclad laminates by operating RF presses and handling materials in a clean room manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for press setup monitoring breakdown material traceability documentation and data entry while following all safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate RF presses including setup loading monitoring and breakdown
- Enter press recipes and verify cycles meet specifications
- Assemble laminate books and insert thermocouple wires as required
- Inspect copper film and prepreg for defects
- Maintain material identification and traceability using Lot Travelers
- Complete production documentation and enter jobs into the Oracle system
- Pull store and cycle count copper and prepreg materials
- Maintain clean rooms equipment and housekeeping standards
- Follow all Methods of Procedure safety rules and OSHA standards
- Transfer completed lots using a forklift
- Support special projects and cross train in other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a clean room environment
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
- Lift move and carry up to 25 pounds
- Use hands and arms for handling materials and tools
- Ability to climb balance stoop kneel and crouch
- Visual and hearing ability required for production floor safety
Safety & Compliance
- Must follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
