What Youll Be Doing

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

• Enter customer quotes and prepare accurate sales contracts

• Coordinate daily customer orders and ensure timely precise delivery

• Maintain organized records and documentation across sales and logistics systems

• Support customer service needs with professionalism and attention to detail

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple priorities

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate ERP/CRM systems

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry documentation and transactional work

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fastpaced customerfocused environment

Critical Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated capability in administrative support sales coordination or customer service

• Skill in managing order workflows documentation and transactional accuracy

• Experience working with digital tools such as ERP CRM or ordermanagement systems

• Ability to interpret and follow established processes policies and customer requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is beneficial

Physical Demands

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer

• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for documents samples or office supplies

Work Environment

This position operates in an office-based setting with regular interaction across sales logistics and customer service teams. The role involves working with timesensitive information in a dynamic environment.
