ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a part-time MondayFriday office position with shifts from 7 AM4 PM or 8 AM5 PM with occasional weather-dependent Saturday mornings.
As our Administrative and Accounts Specialist youll review accounts invoice customers and process payments. As calls come in youll assist customers answer questions and schedule appointments while maintaining a professional and welcoming tone. Youll also balance accounts receivable duties with customer service and coordination tasks ensuring billing stays organized and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
You might be perfect for this office position if you can also meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years of customer service experience
- Fluency in Excel and Outlook
- Computer experience is essential
- Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
- Experience with invoicing accounts receivable permits or job costing
- Experience using a field service management software
Cost accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred!
