Field Supervisor (Bilingual CNA/HHA/DCW Northern PA Region)

Location: Towanda PA (Field-Based Role)
Coverage Area: Bradford Sullivan and Susquehanna Counties
Compensation: $17.00 $19.00 per hour (Bi-weekly Pay Mileage Reimbursement)
Employment Type: Full Time Hourly

Position Overview

Familiar Roads Home Healthcare is seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee caregiver performance and provide field support across rural Northern Pennsylvania.

This is a field-based position serving clients and caregivers in Bradford Sullivan and Susquehanna Counties. The supervisor may reside in any of these counties and must be willing to travel throughout the region. Towanda PA will serve as the regional base.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support DCWs HHAs and caregivers in client homes

• Conduct regular field visits to ensure care plan compliance

• Mentor and train new caregivers and review in-field documentation

• Provide feedback coaching and performance checks

• Act as a liaison between caregivers clients and administrative team

• Respond to incidents and client concerns professionally and timely

• Ensure compliance with all state and agency standards

• Participate in emergency shift coverage and on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications (Required)

• CNA license HHA certification DCW certification or successful completion of a Pennsylvania-approved competency exam

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (home care personal care or facility-based)

• Bilingual English and Spanish (Required)

• Valid Pennsylvania drivers license and reliable transportation

• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned counties
