National Law Firm Corporate / M&A Associate (4 Years)

A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Corporate / M&A Associate in Cincinnati.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on a wide range of sophisticated business transactions while building a well-rounded corporate practice.

What Youll Be Doing

Advising on mergers acquisitions and divestitures
Supporting business transactions and strategic joint ventures
Entity formation and governance
Financing and restructuring matters
Fund formation and other complex corporate work

What Theyre Looking For

4 years of corporate / M&A experience
Experience handling sophisticated business transactions
Strong drafting and deal management skills
Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters
Strong academic credentials
