The Auffenberg Dealer Group is seeking a motivated and experienced automotive sales professional to join our dedicated sales team in Shiloh Illinois. We are looking for a team player to work hard and provide excellent customer service for our valued customers.
Compensation & Benefits
20 Vehicles Delivered Per Month GUARANTEED $120K in Commission
This full-time role is an individual contributor role with compensations ranging from $40000 to $150000 per year. This position also includes benefits such as health insurance life insurance 401K with match flexible scheduling and commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
Develop sales strategies and close deals
Manage customer database
Prepare sales documents develop financing or lease structures and finalize details of transactions
Keep abreast of new products and services
Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program
Requirements
Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
Understanding of customer service standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have valid drivers license
