EngagementPartneryou will own the external Provider and Network relationships (PCPs Nephrologists Hospitalsetc) in marketsthatStrive is contracted to deliver thisroletheSr. Network Engagement Partnerwillbe responsible forestablishingand growingrelationships with provider groups as Strive launches new criticalroleensuresourhighly vulnerablechronic kidneydisease (CKD)andend-stage renal disease (ESRD)patientshave thehighest level of quality and continuity of position will report totheSr. Manager Network Engagement.
The Day to Day
- Establishes consistent and strong relationships with provider groupsutilizingan account management approachand completes provider orientation for all applicable product lines to educate resolve issues and educate staff/providers.
- Analyzesandinterpretsvarious forms ofutilization claims demographics and other data tooutline together with the marketdirectorsa network and provider outreach strategy for assigned markets.
- Based on data analysisestablishesrelationships with provider groups in the community to support targeted initiativesthat will reducethe totalcost of carefor our patients.
- Reviews data and reporting with provider groups in assigned marketswith a focus on continuous process improvement for operational and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborates withStrivebusiness development team toidentifynew opportunities for partnership with providers in assigned markets.
- Drives performance of portfolio of practices including meeting targets for engagement quality of care and utilization. Performance management may include sharing insights with practices supporting new clinical workflows and supporting practice usage of available tools and technology.
- Ability to independently engage contract and manage practices in Strives provider incentive programs where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 yearscombinedofrelated education experience or certification.
- Efficient and reliable transportation including an active drivers licenseallowingfor the ability to travel across an assigned region to meet business needs.
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree preferred;Masterscould be MHA MBA MPH MSN.
- Comfortable presenting to Providersand driving the conversation answeringunscripted questions and building relationships based on subject matterexpertise.
- Ability toreview data and reporting with provider groups and use analytics to driveclinical outcomes quality improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ability toidentifya problem develop aplanandexecutetoresolutionwhile communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Ability to be highly responsive to Providers and act as the single point of contact for valuable relationships.

Annual Base Salary Range: $85500 - $104000
Final compensation will be determined based on location experience and qualifications.
