Job Summary
Tired of just pushing buttons
Were looking for a machinist who wants to actually own the job from setup through production and work on complex tight-tolerance parts.
This is not a production-only role. Youll be working across medical aerospace semiconductor capital equipment and defense components in a clean modern shop.
What Youll Be Doing
- Full setups on CNC lathes and turning centers
- Installing and qualifying tooling workholding and fixtures
- Dialing in feeds speeds and cutting parameters
- Running first articles and transitioning jobs into production
- Reading blueprints and holding tight tolerances
- Troubleshooting issues and improving processes
What Were Looking For
- Strong setup experience on CNC lathes
- Ability to read prints and hold tight tolerances
- Someone who can think troubleshoot and take ownership
Preferred (not required):
- Experience editing or modifying CNC programs
- Exposure to CAM software (Mastercam Esprit etc.)
If youre a solid setup machinist and want to grow your programming skills well support that.
Pay & Benefits
- $30$40/hr base (depending on experience)
