What youll be responsible for as a Cleaning Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting cleaning and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe job-site
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license as driving for business is required up to 20% of time
• Must be reliable dependable and drug free
