Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager oversees all food and beverage service operations including staff scheduling training and daily front-of-house supervision. This role ensures service standards are consistently met while maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment.
A strong floor presence is essential to anticipate needs resolve issues and exceed members expectations. The role also includes leading team meetings and fostering a positive professional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Executive Chef Banquet Captain and Director of Catering
Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening/closing and service flow
Schedule train and supervise front-of-house staff
Maintain service standards cleanliness and overall ambiance
Lead pre-shift and departmental meetings
Manage dining room and event floor plans based on reservations
Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); attend weekly BEO meetings
Monitor food and beverage quality presentation and consistency
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
Audit POS system for accuracy and efficiency
Handle member feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Support staff development recognition and performance reviews
Promote club events and maintain strong member relationships
Assist with service as needed (serving bussing seating etc.)
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
23 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (club hotel or resort preferred)
Strong leadership organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food beverage and wine service
Familiarity with local liquor laws
Flexible schedule (evenings weekends holidays)
