Job Summary
At Rosina our warehouse isnt your typical warehouseits the heartbeat of our production operation. Youll play a critical role in keeping our lines running by ensuring raw materials are where they need to be and finished goods are ready to go out the door. What Youll Do
- Keep production running by delivering raw materials and moving finished products
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Stage label and organize orders with accuracy
- Track inventory and transactions using our systems (Sage)
- Support production kitchens with needed supplies
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Perform equipment checks and keep your workspace clean and safe
- Follow all food safety and safety standards (USDA OSHA HACCP PPE)
- Step in as needed to support the team and keep operations moving
What Were Looking For
- 36 months of warehouse or similar experience
- Team player with strong communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production-driven environment
- Ability to operate or learn equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks (well train you!)
- Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems a plus)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Frequent standing walking and moving throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and active environments
