Installation Supervisor

Estimated Salary: $70304 to $85000 anually based on qualifications and experience.

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience education training location and responsibilities.

What you would do:

• Plan assign and oversee installation departments workflow.
• Establish & maintain professional supportive & enthusiastic relationships with
• WASHs sales team
• Review & report on installation department metrics: schedule of installation costs
• production reports & installation lead times
• Insure best-in-class quality standards via site visits location inspections and
• customer meetings.
• Review & update standard operating procedures to insure efficiencies and
• professional customer service.
• Drive system enhancements to promote productivity and customer service.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to align procedures.
• Oversee installation department special projects.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.

What we are looking for:

• High school Diploma College
• College courses in business management leadership and accounting helpful
• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and/ or Service or equivalent
• mechanical/electrical outside experience
• Have proven leadership abilities
• Possess strong customer service skills: ability to professionally represent WASH
• to owners managers & customers
• Command excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid driver license required
• Some travel required
