Wieland is hiring a CNC Production Operator.The CNC Production Operator will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and mills interpreting parts prints using manual gauging and meeting production rates and quality standards is helpful; however training is provided for qualified individuals.

Starting Pay: $25.32 - $26.82

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM (training period 7:00AM-3:00PM)

Pay Schedule: Weekly

CNC Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (mills lathes routers etc.) to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Set up machines by installing and aligning tools fixtures and materials.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain part quality.
• Inspect parts using calipers micrometers gauges and other precision measuring tools.
• Verify dimensions and surface finishes meet print or process requirements.
• Record inspection data and report deviations or defects promptly.
• Follow and maintain quality control procedures.

CNC Production Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year CNC Experience
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
