Are you a purpose-driven clinician passionate about guiding adolescents through meaningful transformation Sunrise Residential Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate skilledMental Health Therapistto join our dynamic trauma-informed team.

Set against the serene backdrop of southern Utah our campus offers a safe home-like environment where girls and boys ages 1217 can heal grow and thrive. We specialize in relational experiential and evidence-based care that addresses trauma emotional regulation and family systems.

• Manage a small intentional caseload (6 clients)to ensure deeply personalized high-quality clinical care with a strong emphasis on family engagement and parent coaching.

• Facilitate Individual Family and Group Therapyusing traumainformed evidencebased and systemic modalities to drive meaningful and lasting change.

• Create comprehensive discharge plansand review them collaboratively with youth and their families to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain clinical compliancewith timely accurate documentation and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standards.

• Deliver a clientcentered culturally competent therapeutic experience tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each adolescent and family system.

• Evidence-Based Practice:Apply proven modalities like DBT TF-CBT ACT Smart Recovery and Seeking Safety to support client progress.
• Collaborative Approach:Partner with a multidisciplinary teamincluding psychiatrists and physiciansfor holistic treatment.

• Educational Requirement:Masters degree in Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related behavioral science field.
• Licensure:Preferredfully licensed (LCSW LMFT LCMHC); acceptedassociate licensure (CSW AMFT ACMHC).
• Therapeutic Expertise:Passion for facilitating growth through individual family and group therapy using a collaborative team-based approach.
• Clinical Experience:Preferred2 years of therapy experience and 1 year in a residential setting using relational and experiential modalities.
• Treatment Planning:Skilled in developing implementing and adjusting treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Credentialing Ready:Must have or be willing to establish a CAQH profile and obtain an NPI number.
• Compliance:Must pass a state background check and adhere to clinical and ethical standards.
