Paul Davis Restoration of Lanier Isles is looking for a Field Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience during times of loss by supporting homeowners on-site and ensuring clear consistent communication throughout the restoration process.
- Meet with homeowners on-site to provide updates and support throughout the job
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication
- Set expectations and clearly explain the restoration process
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the project
- Document job progress notes and communication in RMS
- Take photos and assist with job file documentation as needed
- Coordinate with project managers mitigation teams and office staff
- Address customer concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling to job sites daily
- Ability to build rapport and show empathy in difficult situations
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Basic computer skills (experience with CRM systems a plus)
- Valid drivers license
