MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Gynecologic Oncology team in Auburn Washington. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with a dedicated Gynecologic Oncologist in delivering high-quality comprehensive cancer care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
The selected Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will play an integral role across the continuum of care supporting surgical services managing complex oncology patients in clinic and collaborating with a robust care team focused on evidence-based patient-centered outcomes.
This position follows a 4/10 schedule model with a designated day off (to be determined). Call responsibilities will rotate with the Gynecologic Oncology APP team.
Role & Responsibilities
First assist in the operating room for gynecologic oncology surgical cases
Provide outpatient clinic coverage (12 days per week depending on surgical schedule)
Evaluate diagnose and manage patients with gynecologic malignancies
Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments
Coordinate care plans in collaboration with surgeons and multidisciplinary oncology teams
Participate in shared call rotation with Gynecologic Oncology APP colleagues
While prior gynecologic oncology experience is preferred it is not required. We welcome motivated APPs with strong surgical aptitude and oncology interest who are eager to grow within a specialized cancer program.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $190270.00 - $199200.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education.
