Job Description:

MMR is seeking Field Engineer candidates to support field installation activities by conducting walkdowns verifying layouts resolvingconstructability issues assisting with inspections maintaining asbuilt documentation and providingaccurate progress and quantity tracking to field responsibilities would include but not limited to the following:

• Relay RFIs submittals and design clarifications to frontline supervisors.
• Perform layout verification and field walkdowns inclusive of site surveying.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues and design interpretation.
• Support quality inspections and testing by providing list of completed tag items for quality
• inspections.
• Maintain as-built documentation.
• Review daily installation progress and quantity reports generated by foreman.
• Coordinate directly with foremen and supervisors.
• Perform installation audits and tracking updates for accurate client reporting.
• Work with Construction Managements and Superintendents to provide constraints reportsimpacting productivity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BS in Construction Management or related field

• Experience in electrical and instrumentation construction preferred

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specifications

• Ability to work independently prioritize organize problem solve and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision

• Must have basic knowledge in estimating and controls

• Working knowledge of MS Office software

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible varying hours including evenings and weekends as needed

• Regular and reliable attendance at work
