Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Managerto join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the producers and sales executives in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts including Executive Risk (D&O EPLI Cyber Crime etc.). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in professional lines exceptional organizational skills and a client-focused approach. This is a hybrid position offering a blend of remote and in-office work.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $85000 - $105000 annually commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts focusing on Executive Risk lines such as D&O EPLI Cyber and Crime.
• Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate closely with producers sales executives and account coordinators to deliver exceptional client service.
• Handle administrative tasks related to policy management endorsements and renewals.
• Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional lines with a strong understanding of Executive Risk products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software; experience with EPIC is a plus.
