We are seeking a compassionate dependable Full Time/Day Monday-Friday Housekeeper for our Memory Care Residences located inFairport New York to help ensure a clean safe and welcoming home for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work values teamwork and wants to be part of a missiondriven communityespecially one focused on dignity comfort and quality of life for older adults including individuals living with dementia.

Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 $500 sign on bonus

What Youll Do

Ensure a Clean Safe and Comfortable Environment

• Perform daily housekeeping and environmental services in resident rooms bathrooms and common areas
• Clean and sanitize floors carpets fixtures furnishings walls and windows
• Complete terminal cleaning after resident discharges or transfers
• Properly dispose of trash and infectious waste following safety and infectioncontrol guidelines

Support Resident WellBeing

• Participate in resident activities and occasionally dine with residents to support community engagement

Promote Safety & Quality

• Follow all infection control universal precautions and fire safety policies
• Identify and report hazards maintenance needs and incidents promptly
• Complete logs assignment sheets and quality assurance documentation accurately

Be a Valued Team Member

• Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to support resident programming
• Attend training sessions staff meetings and inservice education as required
• Maintain a positive professional and customerservicefocused attitude

What Were Looking For

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Minimum age: 18
• Physical ability to stand walk bend lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred

• Experience in housekeeping environmental services healthcare or longterm care
• Training or experience working with older adults or individuals with dementia
• Strong interpersonal skills and a serviceoriented mindset

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Active role involving standing walking lifting and frequent movement
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals dust and infectious materials
• Interaction with residents who may be cognitively impaired or emotionally distressed
• Ability to assist during emergency situations including resident evacuation
