An AmLaw 100 law firm is looking to add a mid-level associate to its Class Action Litigation team in Seattle.
If you enjoy complex litigation and want to work on meaningful class action matterswithout being in a cutthroat environmentthis is a great opportunity to join a team thats both high-level and genuinely collaborative.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be working on a range of class action matters including consumer product liability and wage and hour cases in both state and federal courts. The role includes hands-on involvement in drafting motions and briefs managing discovery and contributing to overall case strategy.
Youll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work while being part of a team thats supportive and engaged.
What Theyre Looking For
- 46 years of litigation experience (law firm or clerkship)
- Experience with class action matters (consumer product liability or employment/wage & hour preferred)
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex matters
- Active Washington bar admission (or ability to waive in)
