Own and orchestrate the integrated capacity-constrained master schedule for Steam Services Parts ensuring reliable start and finish dates across engineering sourcing supply chain and logistics. Ensure timely availability of supplier-delivered parts and assemblies by aligning procurement and supplier commitments to the Integrated Master Schedule for outages and upgrade projects.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain the Parts VS master schedule with all defined scheduling points aligned with customer need by date and contractual commitments
Balance load vs. demonstrated capacity for critical resource pools and critical suppliers
Identify schedule risks and conflicts across concurrent the portfolio and lead recovery planning develop risk and scenario planning for potential conflicts.
Enforce schedule discipline time fences (frozen/slushy zones) and change governance within the IMS process
Provide a single trusted outage schedule for leadership and cross-functional teams
Integration of critical milestones in OneSteam ERP tools applied for supplier communication and relevant dashboards
Definition and ownership of relevant logics and assumptions for capacity / competency models
Translate IMS requirements into material readiness milestones for suppliers
Validate supplier lead times and commitments using demonstrated performance
Monitor critical parts execution and identify risks impacting outage or project milestones
Provide clear visibility of parts readiness status to the IMS and PMO
Operationalize the S&OE process and prepare formal pre-read and agenda for Outage S&OE executive weekly meeting.
Define change classes (A/B/C) with approval thresholds and who can approve within each time fence (frozen/slushy zones)
Interface and governance with S&OP and DM linkage and change approval mechanics
Expected Competencies / Skills / Certifications
- Strong understanding of MRP supplier lead times and material readiness planning
- Experience working with transactional order processes
- Experience working with working with global suppliers
- Knowledge of OneSteam ERP architecture data points data flows and adjencent dashboard set up
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze high volume data sets to derive performance trends and to generate data visualization
- Strong facilitation and decision-support skills
- Knowledge of typical steam turbines / generator supply chain elements and manufacturing processes
- APICS/ASCM CPIM or equivalent certification preferred
- Comfortable working across US and EMENAA time zones
Required Experience
- Significant Operational experience steam turbines / generator supply chain elements and manufacturing processes
- Solid Project Management experience
