Job Summary

Position Summary:	Central/YUHSG seeks a High School Physical Education Teacher to promote physical fitness teamwork and healthy habits in a structured and supportive environment. This role helps students build confidence develop skills and understand the value of lifelong wellness.
Position Responsibilities:	Plan and lead engaging physical education classes aligned with curriculum goals Teach a range of fitness activities sports and health-related concepts Promote teamwork sportsmanship and personal responsibility Ensure a safe well-managed environment during all activities Assess student participation and progress Differentiate activities to support varying skill levels and abilities Communicate with students families and colleagues as needed Collaborate with faculty and participate in school initiatives
Experience & Educational Background:	Bachelors degree preferred Experience working with high school students preferred
Skills & Competencies:	Strong knowledge of physical fitness sports and health education Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities Effective classroom and group management skills Organized reliable and safety-conscious Positive encouraging approach with students Commitment to professional growth and school values
