Job Description:
As the second engineer at Kult you will build a real-time AI voice assistant that watches gameplay and provides expert advice without needing an alt-tab. You will orchestrate complex LLM pipelines develop low-latency voice interactions and scale a deep game knowledge engine to enhance the experience for players across every genre.

What you will do:

• Design and implement real-time voice interaction systems that feel natural and responsive enough for high-stakes competitive gaming environments.

• Architect a massive knowledge engine that extracts and models complex game mechanics items and strategies from diverse unstructured data sources.

• Develop computer vision systems to recognize game states and player context in milliseconds delivering proactive assistance through natural conversation.

The ideal candidate:

• Expert-level TypeScript full-stack skills with deep experience in React and Postgres capable of owning features from schema to UI.

• Proven experience building with LLMs specifically orchestrating multi-step reasoning prompt engineering and managing context assembly under strict latency constraints.

• A dedicated gamer with deep domain expertise in RPGs strategy or competitive titles who intuitively understands what players need mid-session.
