You will take responsibility for driving sales performance managing customer relationships and contributing to the commercial direction of a UK-based manufacturing operation supplying into the aerospace sector.

Our client is a UK-based aerospace manufacturing operation part of a wider international group.
They design and produce safety-critical products for both commercial and defence applications with a strong focus on quality engineering standards and customer delivery.

What You Will Be Doing
- Driving sales growth through structured account management and new opportunity development
- Managing customer relationships from initial contact through quotation negotiation and order completion
- Preparing and submitting commercial quotations aligned with pricing strategy and margin expectations
- Leading and supporting contract negotiations with customers
- Working cross-functionally with Engineering Operations and Finance to deliver customer solutions
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up
- Contributing to wider commercial strategy including pricing approaches and market development
- Maintaining accurate records and forecasts using internal systems
What You Bring
- Experience in sales business development or account management within a technical or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of pricing margins and commercial risk
- Confident communicator comfortable working across multiple departments
- Organised and self-sufficient with the ability to manage your own workload
Experience within aerospace or a technical engineering sector is advantageous but not essential.
