Meet the team:

TheSenior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM)will lead complexcrossfunctionaltechnical programs supporting the development commercialization and lifecycle management of Dexcoms CGM products. This roleoperatesat the intersection ofhardware software operations quality and regulatory ensuring programs are executed with rigor in ahighly regulated medical device environment.

The Sr TPM is accountable forendtoendprogram executiondriving alignment across engineering manufacturing quality regulatory and supply chain teams to deliverAI and analyticproducts on timein scope and in compliance with internal and external requirements

This role requires a strong technical background and experience in product development/project management ideally in a regulated environment such as medical device development.

Where you come in:

  • Program Execution:Lead AI/ML infrastructure (e.g. pre-training post-training pipelines inference stacks)and Business Intelligence projectsmanaging milestones timelines and resources.

  • Technical Strategy & Roadmap:Collaborate with research scientists data scientistsITand engineers to define and buildstate-of-the-artmodeling techniques and AI products.

  • Risk Management & Mitigation:Proactivelyidentifytechnical risks (e.g. model driftdata driftbottlenecks) and devise solutions ensuring high-quality production-ready AI models.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner withR&D Engineering ITQualityLegal and Security teams to ensure compliant and safe AI deployment such as human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes.

  • Tooling & Process Improvement:Develop tools and workflows to enhance data collection model evaluation and productionefficiency.

What makes you successful:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field

  • 7 years of experience intechnical program managementor project leadership roles

  • Provenexperience managing programs in aregulated environment(medical device biotech or similar)

  • Provenexperience as an Agile Scrum Master with understanding of Data Science methodologies

  • Demonstratedability to leadcrossfunctionalteamswithout direct authority

  • Excellentcommunication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Stronganalytical organizational andproblemsolvingskills

  • PMPPgMPScrum Masteror similar certification

  • Lean Six Sigma certification

Experience and Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelors degreein a technical discipline and a minimum
of 5-8 years related experience orMasters degree and 2-5 years
equivalent industry experience or a PhDand 0-2 years experience
