About You

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in an appropriate business or science based field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of outside sales experience with a manufacturer manufacturers representative or distributor.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a multi-state network of regional distributors and to plan and initiate effective sales activities throughout assigned region.
• Mechanically minded to effectively select and promote the performance and quality advantages of appropriate Tolomatic products.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of customers distributors prospects company personnel and others.
• Technically competent with digital tools (laptop computer software smart phones etc.) to operate effectively in a remote office environment.

Primary Objective

To drive sales growth of Tolomatic products in a particular geographic region. These sales are technical in nature and driven through distribution and in some cases direct to OEMs custom machine builders and end users. Responsible for winning profitable business consistent with established sales goals and policies.
