The Opportunity:

The Regional Practice Director provides strategic operational and people leadership across assigned practices within a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for driving performance ensuring operational excellence and partnering closely with clinical operational and executive stakeholders to deliver highquality results aligned with organizational goals.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring significant onsite presence and close collaboration with practice and hospital leadership.

Location & Travel Requirements

• Onsite presence required approximately 75% of the time

• Relocation is required if not currently residing within the assigned region

• Extensive regional travel to supported practices and client sites is expected

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executivelevel leadership and oversight for multiple practices within the assigned region

• Drive operational performance financial outcomes and quality metrics across all sites

• Partner closely with client executives physicians and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction

• Lead mentor and develop regional leadership teams to support engagement retention and performance

• Ensure consistency in execution of operational standards workflows and best practices

• Identify risks gaps and opportunities; proactively develop and implement improvement strategies

• Support growth initiatives client transitions and change management efforts

• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex operational and client issues

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred (Healthcare Administration Business or related field)

• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations practice management or revenue cycle environments

• Demonstrated success leading multisite or regional operations

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets KPIs and performance metrics

• Exceptional communication executive presence and relationshipbuilding skills

• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced changedriven environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience partnering with hospital systems or large provider groups

• Proven ability to lead through transformation growth or integration initiatives

• Strong people leadership with a focus on accountability and development

This position pays between $140-160K
