Antwerpen Maintenance

Antwerpen Automotive is actively hiring! We are looking for a full-time Assistant Facility Maintenance/Handyman for busy Automotive Dealership Group. Must have 2-3 years experience in most of the following: Painting Lighting Ceiling tiles drywall repair light plumbing light electrical light carpentry and Identifying general issues needing preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of automotive equipment and facilities
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out appropriate repairs
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work
• Coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed
• Not a janitorial or grounds keeping position

Requirements

• Reliable communication device (phone text email) capable
• Must have general building maintenance tools
• Good work ethics and positive attitude
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and ordering supplies
• Commitment to following safety protocols

The position is Monday through Friday. Antwerpen Mitsubishi is the main shop location but will use company vehicle during work hours to travel to our different locations throughout the Baltimore area.
