Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Location: Rosemount MN
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to lead on-site health services in a refinery environment. This role supports employee health injury management medical surveillance and regulatory compliance while promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for workplace injuries/illnesses and coordinate external referrals
- Manage workers compensation and return-to-work programs
- Maintain compliant confidential medical records (OSHA/HIPAA)
- Administer medical surveillance programs
- Support ergonomics and workplace health initiatives
- Manage medical supplies equipment and vendor relationships
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Minnesota RN license
- Experience in occupational health or industrial/manufacturing settings
- Strong documentation and compliance knowledge
Preferred:
- BSN
- Refinery or heavy industry experience
- Knowledge of OSHA ADA and workers compensation
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90000 $130000 bonus eligibility
