Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation: Safely operate the hotel shuttle van for airport pickups drop-offs and local area transportation.
- Luggage Handling: Assist guests with luggage packages and equipment including transporting items to/from rooms.
- Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival open doors provide valet services and offer information regarding hotel facilities.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily safety checks maintain clean vehicles and ensure fuel levels are adequate.
- Deliveries: Deliver messages valet items and luggage to guest rooms promptly.
- Lobby Support: Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby baggage room and carts
- License: A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift push and pull up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is often preferred.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work weekends holidays and varied shifts (mornings/evenings)
