Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract assignment in Lincoln City OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility reduce pain and restore function while delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Oregon
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
